Railway Recruitment 2024:
Indian Railways has started the process of recruitment for 5647 posts. The process of applying for this was started from 3 November. The last date to apply for railway recruitment has been fixed as 3 December.

Vacancy details under Railway Recruitment:
This bumper recruitment has been issued by the Northeast Frontier Railway. Under this, eligible candidates will be appointed on a total of 5647 posts. So the vacancy details of all the posts are given below:-
- 812 posts have been kept for Katihar (KIR) and Tindharia (TDH) workshops.
- Total posts for Alipurduar (APDJ) are 413.
- 435 posts have been kept for Rangia (RNY).
- Similarly, there are a total of 950 posts for Lumding (LMG).
- While 580 posts will be recruited for Tinsukia (TSK).
- 982 posts have been kept for New Bongaigaon Workshop (NBQS) and Engineering Workshop (EWS/BNGN).
- Candidates will be appointed on 814 posts for Dibrugarh Workshop (DBWS).
- 661 posts have been fixed for NFR Headquarters (HQ)/Maligaon.
Application Fee for Railway Recruitment:
If you want to apply for Railway Recruitment 2024, then you will also have to deposit the application fee. The complete information about the application fee is as follows:-
- General category candidates are required to deposit Rs 100 as fee.
- Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, EBC, PWD, OBC and Women candidates are given full exemption in application fee
Age Limit for Railway Recruitment:
Candidates who are interested in applying for Railway Recruitment Apprentice should first look at the age limit criteria which we have written below:-
- The age of the applicant must be at least 15 years.
- Whereas the maximum age for railway recruitment must be up to 24 years.
- Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe have been given a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
- Similarly, OBC category candidates have been given a relaxation of 3 years.
Educational Qualification for Railway Recruitment:

- The candidate must have obtained ITI degree in the relevant trade.
