As per the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2025, a total of 224 vacancies are to be filled for the post of Senior Assistant (Official Language) NE-6 Level, Senior Assistant (Accounts), NE-6 Level, Senior Assistant (Electronics), NE-6 Level, and Junior Assistant (Fire Service) NE-4 Level.

Age Limit for AAI Recruitment 2025:

The maximum age limit is 30 years to apply for AAI Recruitment 2025.

Qualification Required for AAI Recruitment 2025:

To apply for AAI Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the required qualifications and experience for the respective positions:

Senior Assistant (Official Language) – NE-6 Level

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Graduation level OR
• Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Graduation level OR
• Master’s degree in any subject (except Hindi/English) from a recognized university, with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at the Graduation level OR
• Master’s degree in any subject (except Hindi/English) from a recognized university, with Hindi and English as the medium of instruction or as compulsory/optional subjects. If Hindi was the medium, English must be a compulsory/optional subject, and vice versa. OR
• Graduation degree from a recognized university with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects, or one as the medium of instruction and the other as a compulsory/optional subject. Additionally, a recognized diploma/certificate in Hindi-to-English and English-to-Hindi translation OR two years of translation experience in a government/reputed organization.

Additional Requirement:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Hindi).

Experience:

• At least two years of relevant experience in the respective field.

Senior Assistant (Accounts) – NE-6 Level

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree (preferably B.Com.).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience:

• At least two years of relevant experience in the respective field.

Senior Assistant (Electronics) – NE-6 Level

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Radio Engineering.

Experience:

• At least two years of relevant experience in the respective field.

Junior Assistant (Fire Service) – NE-4 Level

Educational Qualification:

• 10th Pass + 3-year approved regular Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire Engineering OR
• 12th Pass (Regular Study).

Salary and Benefits for AAI Recruitment 2025

Senior Assistant:

• Pay Scale: ₹36,000 – ₹1,10,000 (NE-6 Level) – IDA Pattern.

Junior Assistant:

• Pay Scale: ₹31,000 – ₹92,000 (NE-4 Level) – IDA Pattern.

Selection Process for AAI Recruitment 2025

Candidates for AAI Recruitment 2025 will be selected based on the following criteria:

For Senior Assistant (Official Language)

1. Written Exam (Computer-Based Test – CBT): Duration – 2 hours.
2. Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Hindi): Qualifying in nature.
3. Document Verification.

Candidates who pass the CBT will be required to take the Computer Literacy Test. The final appointment will be based on CBT merit, subject to qualifying in the Computer Literacy Test.

For Senior Assistant (Accounts)

1. Written Exam (Computer-Based Test – CBT): Duration – 2 hours.
2. Computer Literacy Test in MS Office: Qualifying in nature.
3. Document Verification.

Candidates who clear the CBT will have to appear for the Computer Literacy Test. The final appointment will be based on CBT merit, subject to qualifying in the Computer Literacy Test.

For Senior Assistant (Electronics)

1. Written Exam (Computer-Based Test – CBT): Duration – 2 hours.
2. Document Verification.

The final appointment is based on CBT merit and successful completion of:

• Ab-Initio Training: 12 weeks.
• On-the-Job Training (OJT): 4 weeks.

During the training period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹25,000 per month. Before starting training, they must sign a bond agreeing to repay a specified amount if they resign from AAI.

For Junior Assistant (Fire Service)

1. Stage 1 – Written Exam (Computer-Based Test – CBT): Duration – 2 hours.
2. Stage 2 – Further Assessments: Candidates who pass the CBT will go through:
   • Biometric Attendance & Document Verification (including Driving License).
   • Physical Measurement & Medical Test.
   • Driving Test (for those with a valid LMV/MMV/HMV license).
   • Physical Endurance Test (PET) (only for those who pass the Driving Test).

Application Fee for AAI Recruitment 2025

• General, EWS & OBC candidates: ₹1000
• SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/AAI Apprentices (with 1-year training): No fee

The application fee must be paid online using net banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets.

How to Apply for AAI Recruitment 2025:

As per the official notification, interested and eligible candidates must apply online through AAI’s official website before the deadline. No other mode of application will be accepted.
